I Don't Know Where to Stand Against a Southpaw

01 · The Situation

The moment I realise they are southpaw, something changes in my head. I do not know where my feet should be anymore. I just stand there and hope.

02 · Your Turn

Before sparring, stand in front of a southpaw in your normal stance and move slowly until your lead foot is outside theirs. Stay there for thirty seconds without punching. Just feel the position. Come back when you know what it feels like to stand in the right place, even if you cannot hold it in sparring yet.
