My Roundhouse Telegraphs Every Time
01 · The Situation
Your training partner knows your roundhouse is coming before you throw it. You are giving something away before the kick leaves your body. You do not know what.
02 · Your Turn
Throw ten roundhouses on the bag slowly. For each one, watch what moves first — before the kick itself leaves. Not the leg. What moves before the leg. Have someone record you or watch in a mirror. Come back when you can name the thing that moves first.
