I Fight Well in the Gym and Differently in Competition

01 · The Situation

In training you are calm, technical, comfortable. In competition something changes. You cannot access what you know. You do not understand what is different.

02 · Your Turn

Before your next training session, sit for two minutes and try to find the specific moment your last competition changed — not the result, the moment. Then train and notice whether that same feeling is present in the gym, and whether it feels different there. Come back when you have compared the two.
