I Keep Getting Thrown From the Clinch
01 · The Situation
Every time you clinch with someone bigger, you end up on the floor or spun around. They control where you go and you cannot stop it.
02 · Your Turn
In your next clinch session, focus entirely on your hips. Every time someone turns or throws you, ask yourself: where were my hips just before? Were they forward, to the side, giving them leverage? Do not try to fix anything yet — just notice where your hips are when the throws happen. Come back when you can describe what you find.
