I Know the Teep Is Coming and I Still Walk Into It
01 · The Situation
You can see the teep coming. You know it is coming. You walk into it anyway. Knowing and stopping are two different things and you do not understand why.
02 · Your Turn
In sparring, for one round, every time you feel the urge to walk forward, pause for one beat first. Not forever — one beat. Then go. Notice whether the teep still lands. Notice what you see in that beat. Come back after the round.
