Under Pressure I Forget Everything I Know About Fighting Southpaws

01 · The Situation

When it is slow I make the adjustments. When they turn it on, everything I know disappears and I am just reacting to a fighter I do not understand anymore.

02 · Your Turn

In southpaw sparring, pick just one adjustment — the simplest one you know. Your only job for the round is to hold onto that one thing even under pressure. Everything else can fall apart. Just hold the one thing. Come back when you know whether you can hold one adjustment under real pressure.
