I Always Get Hit by the Same Punch
01 · The Situation
The same punch finds you in the same place every round. You see it coming. You still get hit. You do not understand why you cannot stop something so predictable.
02 · Your Turn
The next time you spar, every time that punch lands, notice your position immediately before impact — where is your guard, where are your feet, where is your head. Do not try to change anything. Just observe your position at the exact moment it finds you. Come back when you know what position you are in every time it lands.
