One Movement and My Whole Guard Goes

01 · The Situation

Your opponent barely moves and your guard is already up. A shoulder dip. A weight shift. They have not thrown anything real and you have already reacted.

02 · Your Turn

Have a partner stand in front of you and move — shoulder dips, head bobs, weight shifts — without throwing anything. Your job is to keep your guard exactly where it is. No reaction. Just hold for three minutes. Notice when it is hardest to stay still. Come back when you have done it.
