I Bounce Too Much and I Am Gassing by Round Two

01 · The Situation

You were told to stay light on your feet. Now you are bouncing constantly and burning energy on movement that is not going anywhere.

02 · Your Turn

For one full round on pads or bag, stay flat and still between exchanges. No bouncing. When you are not punching or moving, you are still — weight balanced, ready but not jumping. Notice how much energy you save. Notice whether your balance actually gets worse. Come back after the round.
