I Cross My Feet When I Move and Lose My Balance

01 · The Situation

When you step sideways your feet cross over each other and your base disappears. A coach pointed it out. You still do it.

02 · Your Turn

Stand in your stance and move sideways — just four steps. Stop and look at your feet. Are they crossed? Do this ten times slowly, then ten times at normal speed. Do not try to fix anything yet. Just look at your feet after each set. Come back when you know exactly at what speed the crossing starts to happen.
